What counts as a seat?
Every person in your company’s workspace: admins, managers and employees. Removing someone frees their seat.
What happens when I add or remove people mid-month?
Your seat count updates automatically and Stripe prorates the difference on your next invoice.
What happens when the trial ends?
If you haven’t added a card, new practice calls pause until you do. Nothing is deleted, and your team keeps access to past results.
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe. Invoices and receipts are in the billing portal, where you can also update your card or cancel.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and doesn’t renew. We don’t refund partial months.
Are prices in USD? What about tax?
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax, GST/HST or other taxes are added where they apply.
